Nancy Kline affirms the power of the question and the importance of what we call "presence" in coaching ("a key factor in the quality of a person's thinking is how they are treated by the people with them while they are thinking"). Great supporting evidence of systemic changes resulting from a shift to the "Thinking Environment." I am listening to the audio book and impressed by her beautiful use of language.
